Doctoral Information
How to Register:
- Participants prepare diploma documents, transcripts and other files in pdf format
- Participants create accounts using email CLICK HERE
- Participants fill in their personal data and upload the document in pdf format
- Pay the registration fee using the BILLKEY / PAY CODE obtained when registering online at the designated bank (Bank BNI, Bank BRI, Bank BTN, Bank Mandiri) (See Payment Procedures)
- Participants print exam cards
- Come to the location of the exam / online (according to the conditions) according to the date of implementation with a personal identity and a copy of the original certificate / diploma and legalized transcript (only shown to the supervisor during the exam)

- Scientific Substance Test (interview / study program written test)

Requirements
General Terms :
- Accredited College Graduates
- Certificates and transcripts for S1 and S2 accredited B (foreign diplomas must be equalized by Ditjen DIKTI)
- Permit from work institutions / agencies to continue doctoral studies, for those who are already working (format provided)
- Letter of commitment to complete the study (format provided)
- Certificate of payment guarantee for study fees (stamped 6000) (format provided)
Special Terms
Regular Class
1. S1 and / or S2 Law graduates (one of the S1 / S2 must be law), with conditions:
- Master of Law graduate with a minimum GPA of 3.25;
- Master of Notary graduate with a minimum GPA of 3.41;
- Non-law graduate with a minimum GPA of 3.51.
2. Files submitted to the Secretariat:
- Copies of bachelor and master diplomas along with academic transcripts that have been legalized in 2 (two) copies;
- Recommendation from at least two professors of law;
- Permit from the institution / institution of origin of the prospective student (if required);
- List of latest CVs;
- 4 (four) duplicate Dissertation Proposals.
Research Class
1. S1 and / or S2 Law graduates (one of the S1 / S2 must be law), with conditions:

- Notary S2 graduate with a minimum GPA of 3.41;
- Non-law graduate with a minimum GPA of 3.51.
2. Files submitted to the Secretariat:

- Recommendation from at least two professors of law;
- Permit from the institution / institution of origin of the prospective student (if required);
- List of latest CVs;
- A paper in the field of law with journal format;
- 4 (four) duplicate Dissertation Proposals.

Procedure of payment
a. Bank Mandiri internet banking :
- Log in to the Mandiri online application or access the website at www.bankmandiri.co.id with your Mandiri user id and password
- On the main menu select the PAY menu and then select the EDUCATION menu
- In the FROM ACCOUNT field, select your account that will be used for transactions
- In the SERVICE PROVIDER field select DIPONEGORO UNIVERSITY – 10004
- In the NIM field, fill in the Registration PIN
- Then click continue, the screen will display the amount to be paid
- Then put a sign (v) in the total payment
- If the data has been adjusted click Continue
- Enter the 6 digit Mandiri PIN (for transactions via the application) and the 6 digit Mandiri PIN obtained from the Mandiri PIN token then click SEND
- Wait for the response from the Mandiri Online system for the transaction status
b. Internet banking BNI Bank :
- Access to the BNI Bank website at www.bni.co.id. Select Personal Internet Banking, then input User ID and Password. Select the Transaction Menu – Purchase / Payment – Bill Payment – Tuition Fees.
- Data entry is as follows: => Select the service type from the Service Type dropdown. => Select the name of the college in the College dropdown. => Enter the invoice number obtained into the Bill Number column. => Select the account number that will be used as the account number to be debited. => Click Continue.
- A Confirmation Screen will appear. Enter the eight digit number that appears to BNI e-secure
- Input the Response Number from BNI e-secure on the BNI Internet Banking application, then click pay.
- For a successful transaction, the Confirmation screen will appear as above.
- Next, save the proof of payment by selecting the file format to be printed.
- Then click the icon to download proof of payment or by printing a page by clicking the printer icon.
c. Payment via ATM with the following steps:
1. Select Pay / Buy Menu
2. Education
3. Enter the UNDIP company code, which is 10004, then press correct
4. Enter the Registration PIN No.
5. Press the “correct” button
6. The screen will display the amount to be paid, then press 1 if you want to make a payment
7. To make a payment press Yes, to cancel payment press NO
8. Transaction has been completed. Payment data will be automatically printed on the receipt / receipt. Please copy and save this receipt if needed in the future.
1. Select the ‘Payment’ menu
2. Select ‘University’ then select ‘Student Payment Center’
3. Enter the institution code + PIN number as Billkey. Codes can be searched in Code search
4. Press the ‘CORRECT’ button.
5. The screen will display the identity and payment amount.
6. To perform the execution press ‘YES’, to cancel press ‘NO’.
7. Transaction has been completed.
Payment via ATM can only be made for Bank BNI and Mandiri
c. Bank BNI / BTN / Mandiri / BRI Teller
Prospective participants can come to the BNI’46 / BTN / Mandiri / BRI bank teller to pay the UM registration fee. Payment does not need to use an account number. Prospective participants only need to mention the NO PIN and explain that they will pay the UM UNDIP registration fee. Don’t forget to ask for proof of payment from the bank officer.
Important Warning: Those who will pay through BRI can only go through a teller. |
